my 96 v-6 4.3L s-10 chevy blazer has some trouble starting first thing i have to turn the ign on and let fuel pump kick on about three to five times to get it to kick on, ive changed the fuel filter and now im recieving the obd 2 code p0446 which in the haynes manual, states that the evap charcoal canister is blocked, i just removed the canister and blew through all three oripheses ie. purge, air, and tank, all were openly allowing air but the line attatched purge line on the truck will not allow any air through. any suggestions would be appreciated
