Default P1345 Code, Truck runs fine?

Last week i had to take off the distributor cap to reach the broken oil pressure sensor. After plugging the wires back in i had a "Service Engine Soon" light. Sure enough, i got the P1345 code which according the DTC code chart is a Crankshaft Position problem? It seems irrelevant because it came on right after i put everything back the way it was. Replaced old spark plug wires with new and still have the code. Truck runs fine. Any thoughts? Any input would be great.

Did you remove the entire distributor, or just the cap?
If camshaft retard is off more than ~27 degrees, P1345 will set in memory and turn the check engine light on. This usually happens when the distributor is not installed correctly, but can also set if the distributor bushings and or drive gear is worn.

I just replaced my distributor and this code poped up, it runs fine. How to I get it back in time?

It's off a tooth. Search "P1345" in this forum for how to fix. It's common.
