Ordered the clamp from Amazon. I checked around the local stores, but it would have been a special order. More expensive than the Newegg link, but there was free shipping so it was a little less. (Since I ordered a few other things I needed at the same time)
I am 90% sure that the new distributor fixed the misfire and P0300. Haven't had the P0300 or misfiring come back since, but I'm a pessimist. Only thing that is off is a very slight rough idle, but maybe that's due to the CMP retard being off. I'll see next weekend.
Appreciate the help Captain Hook.
edit: I just came across this thread: https://blazerforum.com/forum/2nd-ge...-retard-61042/
Should I have tried the next tooth instead of getting the new clamp? When I originally got the distributor installed without setting a P1345 after, the rotor still wasn't perfectly aligned with the "6". Captain Hook mentioned that -18~-19 was off a lot so could I be on the wrong tooth without setting a P1345?

Each tooth will affect 27.69 degrees either advance or retard. You're at -19 degrees right now, if you reposition the distributor, you'll end up at +8 degrees. Either way, the P1345 would not set but, cam retard would still be out of spec, but not as far
. It would require less rotation of the distributor to compensate, not sure if you could get it in spec though, might be worth a try. Ain't got nothin' to lose.
