Default P1345 & P0336 Help please?

Need some help guys. I just put a new motor in and had the transmission rebuilt within the past 1000 miles. I am very frustrated. My check engine light is always on. It reads that there is 2 codes. Both are P1345. I don't really know how or why there are 2 P1345's but there is. It is in time (checked with a timing light). I just changed the crankshaft position sensor and the plug that goes into it (today). Went to Advance Auto to have them check the codes to see if they had changed and now I have a P0336. I don't even know what to do with that one. The Blazer runs just fine. It takes about 5-8 seconds to start but it starts every time. The engine runs smooth but the light is killing me. Please help.

Thanks for the post. I was am reading both pages now and I assume that it might be the Cam sensor. I just replace the crank sensor before my last post and it still is throwing the codes. Running out of ideas but I'm running out of money even faster. Hope this fixes it.
