P1345 - CMP/CKP Correlation
This code is popping up most likely because a crankshaft variation relearn procedure, sometimes referred to as a CASE learn, has not been performed. As the combination of the CMP and CKP sensor data is used for critical engine functions, the PCM has a correction factor to dial in their outputs precisely. By changing the distributor (and subsequently the CMP sensor I will assume), you have modified the sensors without recalibrating the correction factor.
Any Tech2 or equivalent scan tool should be able to perform the relearn procedure.

kyle that is exactly what it sadi but i am not familar enough with the genesis scan computer to to a case relearn can u tell me how do go about doing it?

Every scan tool is different, you would probably have to consult the manufacturers documentation or directly via a phone call to see if it supports this operation.
In digging a bit deeper into this code, it may be solved with a case learn, but a scan tool to monitor the actual timing is necessary to determine if there may be a problem in the crank to distributor (crank to cam, cam to distributor) connection which could either be due to a stretched timing chain or a worn cam/distributor gear.
