My Fiances 97 blazers left rear tire just started clunking,and rattling its a 4.3 4x4, when i pull on the tire out twords me back and forth its a prominent clunk and movement does this sound like a Bearing problem or a Axle or Rear end problem, please help shes driving my truck to work and makes me nervous.

 

How much movement is there? Is there up & down play?
