PCM Problems?

PCM Problems?
95 Chev Blazer (W)
Pulled Fuses to clear a code. Now SES light Keeps Flashing.
When i shut car off and restart, SES light is off untill about
a mile then starts flashing again. New plugs, Dis Cap and rotor and
SP wires. New CPI spider and EGR valve. Car runs very well, that
is why i do not think it is a missfire. Maybe the PCM has to reset,
i am not sure? Just completed a 200 mile trip today and no problems.
Am i burning up the Cat? Thank you for any help that you can give me.

RE: PCM Problems?
PCM ... reset? Never heard of a PCM or ECU having to "reset" recalibrate, sure, but the reset is the act of killing power.
Your fuses are all seated properly, right? No partial burnouts or anything?
Getting any codes now? If so, post 'em ...
Also, why pull fuses to clear codes, rather than use a freely available scanner at most local auto parts stores? I dunno about GMs, but on my Mitsus, if you kill power to reset an SES light, you're only clearing the dash, but the codes are still stored in non-volatile memory.

RE: PCM Problems?
Thanks for the reply!
This Blazer is a OBD 1 system with a OBD 2 plug.
Had to 3 auto Zone's and they pluged the scanner
in but only get a reading that says passed.
Their scanner is only for OBD 2, but because of the
OBD 2 outlet, their scanner plugs in. It is OBD 1
because i found it printed under the hood. Is it
possible to use the paper clip on this outlet to
get the flashing codes if there is any?
Checked the fuses, all good. Thanks again!
