Default Please help! Bearing noise?

Here is my issue... I heard a bearing noise a while back and I like to stay on top of keeping my girl running... so I started to fix the issue I THOUGHT it was. I started with the alternator as I knew I needed a need one anyway.. that wasn't the problem. My a/c hasn't worked in 3 years to I got a delete kit for that... STILL not the problem.
The symptoms of what I am hearing are this... the truck RUNS great.. but when I let off the gas I below 40mph I hear a slight bearing noise for a second... NOW... when I am going 50-55mph I hear a bearing (almost grinding) noise constantly... UNTIL I let off the gas... then I hear nothing. PLEASE help me... I have no clue what it could be? Do I need a new half axle? Is it a wheel bearing? I just don't get it.. I've never had a problem like this. But I am almost POSITIVE it is coming from the left side.. please help. I miss driving my truck! Thanks!
