Locate & repair the problem with fuel pressure and the excessive leakdown first. We know for a fact there's a problem there. If you still have driveability issues, we'll deal with them.
MAP sensor reading: The 9.62psi indicates there is a positive pressure in the manifold. Without a turbo charger, or super charger, it is impossible for the manifold to have a positive pressure. I can guarantee you that the reading is incorrect. Could be a bad MAP sensor, something wrong in the wiring, or a PCM problem, but most likely there's something wrong with the software program that you're using on your computer.
