I found this gray wire the way it is under the steering column. 4x4 '99 Blazer. Thanks!

Vehicle info??

The cut wire doesn't look factory and judging by the t-taps (yellow connectors), someone has been messing around with the wiring before.

Yep, just picked it up not too long ago. It's a '99 4x4 2 dr. Blazer.

black wire with a T off of it? Probably an easy-way-out ground for an alarm system install?

Actually, the one in my hand is not tapped. At least, not from what I can see. I just found it dangling there when getting to the keyless entry receiver.
