Sorry It was assumed it was a blazer since i didnt state otherwise. Year is 2000, and they are located when you lift up the hatch above the taillight.

Assuming ALWAYS causes problems That's why most people put all the pertinent information in their signature... year, make, model, engine, trans, 2WD or 4WD, etc, etc. Back up when taking the picture. There is no perception or anything to compare it to for referencing where it is.

kinda looks like the pressure release, so when you slam doors, it blows out those reliefs instead of blowing out windows...lol

This is correct. On my 2DR, if I have the windows shut and the A/C on, I can feel it trickling out the back as well.
