I just purchased a set of FSM for my 2000 GMC Jimmy from the link below. The manuals I received were in excellent condition. A full set is 3 volumes and yes it does include wiring diagrams.

Here's the page you want from Helm. They are the "official" publishers of the FSMs. They are all I use. You have to scroll down the page to get what you want. Pricey but worth every dime. In the back of your Owner's Manual it should give some info on these.
