Plugged in the new fuel pump and nothing???
My daughters 1995 blazer wouldn't start. I cant hear the fuel pump kick on. I bought a fuel pump and thought I would try to just crawl under there and plug it in to see if it worked before I dropped the tank. I plugged it it and the new pump doesn't run? I swapped the relays in the glove box and still nothing.
What other tests should I try?

do the relay click when you turn key on?
#4
do you have power to the pumps harness?

That's my next step I'm going out now to check. Whats the best way to check? I have an ohm meter.
#6
you can check with a multimeter if wanted

I checked it with a multimeter at the plug and I don't seem to get any power. I left the key on and crawled under there to check and I got nothing. Is this how to check or do I need to be under there while someone else cycles the key?

I dont think it should have constant power best to have someone cycle the key

Pump should run about 2 seconds when you turn key on.
Find relay that clicks. With key off should have 12v on one of the four pins. If not, then fuse somewhere.
When key turned on should have 12v on 3 of the four pins for 2 sec's, if only 2 then bad relay.
On later models wire between relay and pump is gray. No idea on pre-98.. wiring on those a mess.
Eh.. I found a drawing. Note terminal 'G' .. problem being you have a 95 which was really a mess.. may not have that particular PCM data connector
