is it possible to disable abs??
is it possible to disable the abs system and NOT have a dash light on for abs??
i have a 2001 blazer and the abs light is on for front left abs sensor.. i just replaced both front hub assemblies last year and dont feel like doing it all over again for a sensor, but when i make left turns i feel the abs kick in and then the dash light comes on and stays on.
so is there a fuse or relay i can pull to disable the abs system till spring time when i can change the hub again. but i cant have a dash light because i need to go through inspection and also i hate dash lights so id rather it not be on.
thanks

You should be able to pull the fuse to disable the ABS system.
FYI, there is a fix in the DIY section for diagnosing and fixing the low-speed ABS issue. Check it out. If your hubs are still good it could fix your problem, as well as save you a fair bit of time and money.
