Default Power Brake Boster bolts - help!

I have a 1998 blazer 4 door and i am in process of replacing the power brake booster. after a herculean effort i got 3 of the 4 nuts off the mounting studs under the dash. the last one is behind the steering column mounting bracket. is there an easy way to get this bolt off? is there a special kind of wrench that would work in this tight spot? any hints, i could sure use one.

the first one i did I uesd a wrench...PITA....the second one I did I used a wobble extension with a universal joint type adapter and a swivel head ratchet....basically formed 2 90 degree angles with the ratchet and extensions..was still a pain but definatly easier the second time.....getting it started when putting it back on was even worse...I almost left it off...

I've used an extension to a universal joint, then another extension and a flex socket. I've put a little putty into the socket so that the nut sticks in to put them back on.
