I have a leaky power steering pressure hose on a 1996 LT 4wd 4.3L. I replaced the hose about eight years ago along with the pump. I seem to recall that the hose connector on the back of the pump is very tight. Can anyone give me a heads up as to what's involved. I seem to recall an article that said to loosen the pump in order to get a little more working room on the bottom.
