Default Power window roller problem

The driver's window on my 1999 Blazer is off track, I took off the door panel and saw that one of the arms pulled out of the roller on the track. I pushed it back in, sprayed some silicone grease in the tracks and worked the window up and down a few time. It worked fine so I put the door panel back on and now it is doing the same thing again. Did I just not push the arm into the roller hard enough, should it pop in or do I need to replace something? Also, what would cause this, I have read that there are guides for the window, could one of those be bad and cause this? If so, where are they so I can check them?
Thanks for any help.

If your arm is pulling out of the roller, check to see if the arm is worn, if that look's ok maybe you have a worn roller? Just guessing here, haven't had any window problem's yet.
