Default problems

hey all, new to the forum but I figure you guys could help me. I just redid my booster and master cylinder on my 96 blazer, and for the life of me I cant remember how the little plastic abs sensor goes back onto the brake pedal without getting in the way of my steering shaft. Note: my booster pushrod is supposed to slide into a grove in the center of said ABS sensor, and then slide over the bracket.....just need a pointer....stared at this crap for hrs.....losing my mind

Do you have any pictures? I'm not aware of an ABS sensor near the brake pedal.
Do you mean the brake light switch?
