Default Problems with power windows!!!

Hello, I have a 2000 chevy blazer 4 door 4x4. My driver's side front power window is messed up. When I bring down the window it is normal, but when i bring the window up to the top it makes a big bang in the door. Like a big snap like it maxed out on height into the top window slot thing. Anyone know how to get this bang in the door to stop. It all started when I was gone for a week and did not use my blazer. thanks.

yes sounds like something either caught or the motor is binding, best bet is to pull off the inside door and check, there is not alot of view room but have a flashlight and a small mirror and you might be able to see some other places. to pull off the door take off the screw behind the interior door handle, there will also be a bolt underneeth the actual handle fixed to the door, if i remember correctly it should be close to an 11mm socket, you will need an extension. then start to pull gently from the bottom of the door working your way up getting the plastic clips attached to the door panel to pull away from the actual door. there is a tool you can get to make this easier but if you are careful enough you can pull it away, sometimes with the help of a screwdriver without damaging it. work your way from the bottom up and eventaully the door panel will come loose, be careful when you pull the door panel away as not to rip the wires attached to the switches, it is difficult to unhook the wires, so if you want to pull away the switches on the back side of the door panel there will be some metal clips that will hold the switches, you can unhook these, pull the switches away from the panel, then you can angle them and fit them through the hole from where they came. then just check to see if ther is anthing caught in the track or anything that is restricting the operation of the door motor. hope this helps.
