Default Proper Coolant Level?

Hey all, OSS here;
'00 4.3 4x4

Just wondering where the coolant should read on the jug, while cold? Thanks!

It should have a mark, on the side toward the motor, about 2 inches or so up from the bottom..Kinda hard to see.

On the front of the reservoir tank are two lines marked 'hot' and 'cold'. They represent the appropriate levels. That said, I prefer to keep it filled to the 'hot' level even when the engine is cold. Never had an issue with overflow.
