Default Prostart problem.

I changed the tranny in my 2000, my auto start worked right after the change. Now when I start it the starter doesn't stop and the engine shuts off. I think there is a tach wire that is suppose to shut down the starter. Where are all the spots this wire can be connected. I was under the dash near the center console, not near the prostart unit. Any help?

Rob

Off the coil is 2 wires, 1 goes to the distributor and the other (white wire) is the 1 you need to hook too... also with most remote starts there is a way to go tach or tachless mode to start your vehicle, are you sure you didnt accidently enable tach mode on your remote start? a little more info on your blazer would also be helpful
