Psycho Radio/heater

SOmething weird has happend or is happening to my blazer. this is the first blazer i have owned , 01 4dr. The radio in this is the stock cd player and when i get on a hill or go up an incline the radio sound goes down and if the heater is on with the blower on it either dies down or blows harder...WTF ? I think my blazer is possesed....[&:] anyone know what might be going on. ?

sounds like you have a power issue. You are bogging the car down by going up the incline. have your batt and alt tested and let us know the results.

Yea ill do that see what happens..I also noticed now i have this slight power surge or whatever its called while just driving...not bad but just driving along and you can feel this loss of power then gains it right back..weird ....

i would also check the condition of the batterty to chassis ground and engine to chassis ground.

Ill have to get it into the garage and do some looking at the grounds...any idea were the grounds would be on the chassis ? help me in the search.lol.

Follow the battery cable. Depending on model year, it should run to the engine. On the back of the engine, drivers side is a ground strap that goes to the body, body ahs ground straps over rear wheels, and there is a ground strap fromt eh basttery to the frame under the battery. Again, all depends on modle year of your truck.
