Pull One Fuse
Though, I would correct his behavior in taking your vehicle without your permission foremost.
Wow! If I had tried that with my old man when he was alive I would have regretted it enough to never do it again.
Pull the fuse/relay for the fuel pump. I don't have my shop manual here at work so I can't tell you where it is. When you hear the Blazer cranking over and over go outside and hit him with a shovel.
Just kidding, sort of.

If you really must do such a thing, I would pull the CRANK fuse in the underhood fuse/relay center. Doing so will disable the starter. If you wanted to do this through a hidden switch, then you would need to get at the yellow wire (pin D1) in the ignition switch harness under the steering column. To do this in a reversible manner, I would recommend getting another female metri-pack 280 terminal (Napa PN 725157) and some wire. That way you can pull the stock terminal from the ignition harness connector & cut down a spade terminal to fit inside the stock terminal for the connection to the switch (tape this up to keep it together). Other wire runs from the switch to the new 280 terminal that you install back into the same cavity in the ignition harness connector.
