question on 4 wheel drive

Hi I checked the bstl fuse again in the run position I checked it in both park and neutral and got no battery voltage at all I also checked the crank fuse with the car off and in the run position and there is no battery voltage on it eather

BTSI fuse gets power through the transmission range switch from the back up lamp fuse in the underhood fuse panel. Need to trace that back to find the open circuit, might be the fuse, or a broken wire.

That's correct, it shouldn't show voltage then. CRANK fuse 10 amp must show battery voltage in the START position.

The crank fuse does not show any voltage at all in any position
