Default Quirky low voltage problems

I'm having some issues with low voltage. 70% of the time I'm running 14v but it very frequently drops to nearly 10 but I can't accurately replicate what causes it to do that, seems random.

My right signal is blinking sporadically, faster, normal, faster - also sounds like the flasher is clicking twice in a row without a pause sometimes.

Brake lights and tail lights are all lighting up, have not checked the connections though. Ignition key switch is new. Battery is new.

During the winter when I turned the rear defrost on, it would always drop to about 10v.
