Default Random vacuum line with bolt in end?

My 2000 Chevy blazer has a random vacuum hose coming out of the engine with a bolt in it. This line also has a check valve in it. Every post I have looked at hasn't shown it. Can anybody help please!?

Pics would help to identify the line, or at the very least a description of where the line comes off the block.

Right around the pcv valve on the drivers side it connects to a check valve t. From that check valve T, it either runs to the drivers side panel, or it runs to this bolt. If that makes any sense. I'm a new member so I'm not sure how to post pics yet otherwise I would.

Those connections are in place. This one is closer to the Throttle body. Will try to add pics soon

Thinking its a vacuum line for the 4 wheel drive or hvac. Does your 4 wheel drive work or do your heat vents change. Floor/defrost/interior?

4 wheel drive works. Heat works but softly blows even when turned off. Random spurts of cool air sometimes
