Default rear deflector

Air deflector rear may be affixed to a 4-door Chevy Blazer 2002?

Can you provide a little more info on what exactly you're looking for? Your question is very vague. Are you looking for something along the lines of whats in this pic (on the rear window):

But for a 2nd gen?

Hmmm. I've never seen one for a 2nd gen Blazer. I'm not sure they ever made them. I'll keep an eye out though.
It's possible a 1st gen one (like the one pictured) would fit if you could find one. Take a look into the measurements.

My 2000 Bravada had one. It did not have any name on it or part number though. I'll have to see if I can dig up a picture of it. It basically had two clips that fit behind the glass on either side and then double sided body tape at the top center near the 3rd brake light.

*EDIT* - Here's a picture showing it:

as far as i know going with something like swartlkk's is your only real option.
the older blazer's rear fin is part of the lift glass hinges. not saying it cant be mounted, just saying it wont be a direct bolt on mod.
