I was searching around and I couldnt find anything exactly with the problem I have. I have a 97 blazer and a 99 blazer the 97's defogger doesnt work and I was looking at the 99 which works and found everything easy. I found the fuse in the fuse box but I cannot find any information on where all the relays are and if there is a second fuse somewhere. Like I said it was easy to find on the 99 but I was hoping someone could lead me in the right direction for the 97. Also the relays in the glove compartment are not labeled and I cannot find any real information on what they are for. I checked out the switch and the connection on the defogger (Its not outputting any voltage) and it all seemed good, lights up and acts like it is working, but I know there is something that I am missing.
