When I removed mine there was two screws underneather the arm rest door handle. The rest of it should just pop off. Use one of those door panel removing tools for clips or a screwdriver. Be careful though. Mine was kinda hard to get off. I THINK that the top of the panel slips in at the top by the window. (I can't remeber exactly). Once it's off, just unhook the wiring harness for you power locks/windows (if you have any). That should pretty much do it.

what year is your blazer? im not sure if this would help or not, but I dont think they are all the same. On my 91 once you undo the surface panel screws, you should just be able to lift the panel up straight from the window. There may be a piece of window stripping that may need to be undone first. It should lift just straight up and at this point you should be able to move the door panel up and down as well as slide it around in a circle. If you have manuel windows, there should be a little piece that looks like a "c" it is a clip that holds it on there. Simply use a straight screwdriver to remove it, then once it comes off there should be some big connectors that look like circles, (mine are black i dont think color matters) that have a screw in the middle of them, just undo those and you should have unlimited access to the inside of the door panel.

My 03's panels come off as 01extreme has defined. There was also a philips screw behind the door handle, but that's it. It does go over a lip by the window. There are these little white plastic gromets that pop onto the metal door. Just pull and they come right out.
