heya i notice that when i let off the gas theres like a swooshing waving sound coming from the rear end of my truck, it's not violent like a grind or vibrating or anything it just smakes a swooshing sound .... what could be the problem?

its like a waving sound...it's not like water or gas splashing, i dunno i cant explain it ver well it's really bazaar, cuz i cant figure out what would that kind of sound cuz its not vibrating or grinding ...
