Default Rear Hatch glass

The hatch doesnt make the noise to open it, horn and dome light all died out one night
Im thinkin its a fuse, but i dont have the under hood fuses, or cant find them at least, and i checked every fuse in the side of the dash
I did have the air bag fuse and drl fuse out, put them both in and air bag light went out and drl's came on
So, any ideas?

Should be a 3 amp fuse under the hood. Not familiar with a '96, though.
