ok so my rear hatch doesnt work panels been off ..... no sound or movement from the actuator have a new one too same thing checked fuse .. my horn and lighter and dome lights work so its not the fuse but when i throw a volt meter on the actuator i was only getting 2 volts and it should be 12 v right ??? what do you guys think hope my wiring harness is good in the rear my wiper works sorta but tht doesnt really mean anything

 

i had the same problem. my dad took the blazer to the shop and they fixed it. not sure what they did to it. :/ the only way to open mine now is inside. the hatch button doesn't work
