Default Rear hatch wont "pop"

I just bought my 2000 2Dr last week and the hatch worked perfect, but as of last night it wont work and doesnt make a sound.
If i push the "pop" inside it doesnt do anything but if i hit the "pop" on my key fob. the lights flicker but still no sound. (no solinoid noise)
Aswell the interior lock/unlock wont work. but on the key fob. they work normal....
It sounds like a blew a fuse or something but i couldnt find a blown one.....
any suggestions would be great!
Thanks inadvance.

Just had the same exact problem in our 97 the other day. Turned out to be the horn fuse that was the problem.

I have 2002 Blazer. The rear window won't unlock via the remote or the unlock button. The Dealership is quoting around $200 to fix the latch. Wondering if anyone has repaired the problem? Looks like the back tailgate panel will obiously need to be removed. Is there somewhere on the internet for instructions how to instructions?

No, in the regular fuse box (the one inside on the drivers side) there should be a fuse labeled "horn". It's a 15amp fuse in mine. We replaced it becuase our horn stopped working, and were assuming the rear hatch was a whole other problem. Turns out, replace that one fuse fixed both problems.

I had a similar problem with my Blazer. It turned out that a plastic piece that connected the motor in the back to the latch broke. I had to break the interior cover of the tailgate off to manually open the window, and then I replaced the plastic piece with a bent coat hanger.

Default 98 blazer opened rear hatch manually

had the same prob ya'll are having with the rear hatch. You can pull the interior panel away enough in the center to get your hand in there. If u look down in there u will see a small rectangular opening cut out. Reach in there and you will feel a flat piece, push it down and the glass will release. Whoooooooooooo Hooooooooo. This brightened my day I tell ya.
