If you can hear the pump working it's probably a blocked nozzle or a broken line.
Wouldn't mind betting that if you lift up the plastic trim in front of the lower tailgate you will find the space underneath is full of fluid & the little rubber elbow joining the pipe has come off where it goes through the rubber conduit leading to the tailgate. This seems to be a common problem - it happened to mine. When mine stopped working I was mystified....until I searched this forum & found out how common it was. I ended up pushing the connection back together & putting small clips around it to hold things in place. I then had to remove the carpet & dry things out as it was soaked underneath.
Left me wondering why they had to run the pipe inside the vehicle? At least if it ran underneath the body it would be easy to spot leaks & the carpet would stay dry!

no sound from the rear pump
were is it at ?
line good behind the interior panel
does it get the washer fluid from the main tank?
and were does the hose line run
just trying to make everything work on it
the 99 S10 Blazer was A gift with a dead 4L60E

Hi, the pump is on the same tank as for the front washer, can't remember without looking but I think it's the lower one out of the two. Mine is a right hand drive export model so it may be slightly different underhood. Easiest way to check if the pump is at fault could be to maybe swap the wiring connectors between the pumps & see if the other one runs? The pipe runs underneath carpet somewhere but i'm not exactly sure where.
