it is something incredibly frustratingly stupidly simple. Ive been there before. I suggest someone else checking your work to find the little detail you overlooked. Sometimes I get so hung up on a job I cant think clearly. Good Luck!

Double check your timing. Is it getting fuel? Attempting to run?

If you have spark, While someone is cranking it, give it a shot of starting fluid. If it fires you have proven the timing and ignition is probably correct.

yes i sprayed starting fluid into the intake and then it will fire off on the staring fluid then go dead once it burns it off. I have no clue what is going on. I hooked up a fuel pressure tester to the service port on back of intake and it reads around 60 lbs. so if im getting gas spark and compression why wont it run without starting fluid. any help is greatly asppreciated

You have 60 psi which is good. You have fuel to the injectors but the injectors dont seem to be firing. So technically....NO.....you dont have fuel. Im not sure if your truck has the security feature that if it thinks its stolen then if shuts off the injectors to prevent the theft. is there a security light on? Check all the wiring going to the injectors and all the sensors. especially the crank sensor and cam sensor.

unplug the fat electrical connector on top of the intake manifold. Any bent pins? try to straighten any that are. then connect it again carefully. Make sure it is seated well.
