The dimmer/dome light switch would not turn on the dome light. The dome light worked from all other sources except from the headlight switch. I got a OEM new headlight switch on EBAY for $13 + $6 S&H for a total of $19. The seller had it listed for a S-10 Extreme. The listings for a headlight switch (with Factory Fog Lights) under Blazer/Jimmy were all over $35 for the same P/N. It took less then 20 min to replace. I took my time getting the dash cover off the front face so as not to break any clips. This was on my 2000 GMC Jimmy Diamond edition. I am always a little nervous about taking plastic pieces apart as I have broken my share clips, retainers, connectors etc.
