I've got an 02 blazer zr2 and I replaced the driver side door with a door from the junk yard that came from a jimmy. I replaced the wiring in the junk yard door with my old door's wiring. However, one of the three connections near the door latch does not fit. Now, when I unlock the door using the key, the alarm goes off every time. Is there a way to fix this?

 

You will need to move the door lock mechanism from the old door to the new one so all the connections match, that will cure your alarm problems.

 

My Blazer does that and I haven't done anything to the doors. Completely stock, as they came from the factory.

edit: Mine does it when opening the door, after unlocking it with the key.
