If you have a leaky injector, a fuel pressure leakdown test could confirm that in under 5 minutes, and nothing has to come apart to check it. As for the plugs, I'd pull one out and see what's in there. It might be worthwhile to swap the distributor as long as you have a donor vehicle handy, only takes about 15 minutes to do that.

 

Well, I passed emissions today
The engine light went away when I started my truck up to go to school, so after class I took that chance and passed. Still waiting on my parts to get here.
