Return vs returnless MFI

1996s10blazer is on a distinguished road
Default Return vs returnless MFI
I bought a used MFI from a 2005 4.3 vortec. It has a damper instead of a fuel pressure regulator, the return line has a plug in it. I have a 96 S10 blazer. Is there a way to make mine returnless?
