Default Running hot

I just change my radiator,waterpump, and thermostat. I have burped the system after flushing it, but it was running at 210 degrees pretty quickly it did not run nearly this hot before. What is the standard operating temperature and does anyone know why it would be running hotter.

if you have a 195 thermostat around 210 is normal
