Default RW defog malfunction

I used my rear window defrost for the first time this year to dry thefog off the insideon my back glass. I turned it on and had it running for about 10 minutes on the way to school and thefog never cleared off.
I determined later that it wasn't working properlywith a DMM. Checked the fuse. Its all good. Seems that the switch isn't working right. The light on the switch comes on, but the strips never warm up. Any ideas guys. Switch or wiring?

Here's the diagnostic flow charts for this problem:

As you can see, there are two fuses that can affect this. If you find that you need further information when going down through the list, just let me know.

if your defrost lines are broken, it won't work, so make sure you check those. Sometimes they get scratched off. I've owned a couple vehicles with non operating defrost, and thats what the problem was in them, not fuses.

You would need to have a break in all of the lines for the whole grid to be knocked out.

that depends if the scratch is in the grid lines or the primary line that leads to the grid, no.

Well Kyle, you pinned it with the flow chart. No power supply to the RR DEFOG fuse. The wire pulled out of the fuseblocksomehow and there was no power at the fuse.

Yes sir I did. Pulled out the fuse block and reconnected the wire. That pretty much explains why I couldn't find what was wrong to begin with.
