seized rear caliper pin

Exclamation seized rear caliper pin

the passenger rear caliper pin seems to be seized, I put an 18mm on the end of it and can rotate it but it doesnt seem to come out any. is there any other way to get them out so I can replace them? thanks in advanced this is on a 98 blazer 2wd

The bolt goes through the caliper & into the pin. If all you are doing is turning the bolt, you have to hold the pin on the other side of the caliper, between the caliper & the rubber boot.

I can get the caliper off, im talkin about the slider pin, I cant get the pin out to lubricate or replace it.

If its that bad, do yourself a favor and go grab a new caliper bracket & pin kit. It isn't worth the hassle. Sure, you could screw with it until you get it freed up, but you would waste your time & money and still need a new pin kit and likely have an enlarged hole in the bracket when you got it all done. The bracket should only be ~$10 and the pin kit just a bit under that.

yeah you was right I couldnt get the pins out so I bought a loaded caliper that came with the bracket and all, thanks again
