Default Shifter

So the light or the bezel behind the shift indicator on my 2002 2-dr Auto shifted out of place such that I can't look down at night and tell what gear I'm in. The light is on, it's just not shining through. Is taking the center console apart as easy as just prying it away from the floor?

Nice CL. I need to lube up my shifter cable. as it seems to be a little sticky. I can use the series of diagrams to take the console out.
