I took off a set of not too old Delphi's -still fully gassed- and put on Monroe Sensatrac. My Bravada no longer rode like a truck.
Probably not for everyone, a little soft.

When the shocks on mine where shot about 2 years ago maybe, i just replaced mine with the cheapest i could find. Gabriel brand.
They have been great so far. But when i do decide to replace them again i will most likely go with a more expensive brand.

Well your going to get a lot of different opinions here, so lets limit it to what you want. Do you want that harder truck ride feeling (more ideal if you offroad and so forth), or do you want a softer more street geared feeling?

I put Rancho RS5000's on my truck over the summer and it stiffened up the ride quite a bit. However, they've been great off road. It's really up to what you're looking for.

I purchased monroe sensitrac because A.) the headquarters is located locally and B.) because my kids were getting car sick when going over hills at speed and they havent gotten sick since.
The same problem used to happen to me in my fathers 97 Jimmy.
A$$ thought it was funny...
