Default Slight hesitation at idle

Just bought this vehicle 10 days ago. Has 157000 miles on it. It seems ok but when I 1st start it you can feel a very slight hesitation. You can barely recognize it unless you concentrate on it. I have yet to get vehicle inspected but I do not have any CEL on. Any ideas?

Could be any number of things. You could go through the preventative maintenance items (plugs, wires, cap & rotor, fuel filter, cleaning the MAF sensor, EGR valve, and throttle body) if you'd like or if you do not have records telling you that they have been changed, but if it runs properly while going down the road or at anything other than cold startup, I do not know if I would worry too awful much about it.
