Plan moving forward will be to pull the fuel pump relayor fuseand take the plugs out so i can spin the motor over and pump the raw fuel out of the cylinders then set cylinder 1 to tdc and reinstall the distributor and check operations before throwing another 200 bux at this terd

Why? I mean I'm confused with Your logic. First we discuss the spider and then, in a moment You want to dismantle heads. For what reason?

The starter won't energize or it engages the flywheel but the engine won't budge? If the later have you tried turning it over at the crank pulley when the plugs are out?

Im with Mike, I thought we had a fuel injection problem but now the engine is seized?

Starter works but will not turn the engine and neither can I do it by hand. As far as I know i didnt drop anything into the engine which is what led me to think the spider was leaking fuel into the cylinders. B7t after pulling the plugs yesterday and still having difficulty turning the motor it leads me to believe something is stopping it

By turning by hand You mean ratchet and the socket on a crankshaft pulley?
That sounds no good. Was the engine seated for a long time? I'd remove the spark plugs first. Then, I'd fill in the USB camera to see what is inside. That's a time saver. So either You'd find what's blocking or fill the oil through the plug bores and try turning it over again.
Btw. Your battery is in a good shape? Any chance the starter doesn't crank due to a dead battery?

What does the oil look like?

Pull the valves covers off and see what you have.

I pulled both valve covers and the intake back offso i could verify nothing out of the ordinary was going on oil looks brand new which it should with less than 100 miles on it level was normal battery is charged and i also have boost pack hooked up give it a little extra. But yes turning the crank bolt by hand is a no go

Its a little snake camera that will snake in the plug hole - Some part stores rent one, Harbor freight sells a elcheapo version - Did you happen to try turning the engine both ways by hand or just clockwise
