Default spinning transfer case switch

Hi, I have replaced the three prong transfer case switch and have noticed that the entire three prong plastic core rotates. Only noticed it after install. In your opinions is it faulty. Have been trying to make a determination by examining the photos in this post if it makes a difference. https://blazerforum.com/forum/tech-a...4hi-4lo-41226/
Would have to purchase new as I have no recollection were I bought it, grabbed it as filler on an old order for free shipping someplace.
Any opinions greatly appreciated as I would prefer not to fill up actuators with fluid. Thanks Jeff.

Seems like it out to be ok, as long as you can't pull the plastic part from the metal part. I don't recall any of the 3 I've replaced doing that, though.

Ya well it's in and working. It sure made lining up the pin easy. I think I'll pop the connector off in about a week and blow from the actuator just to make sure theres no fluid getting in. One nice thing I did was moved the actuator from under the battery tray and mounted it on the plastic fan shroud, just clears the AC compressor and makes it easy to check if it's working. Thanks for the comeback.
