Default 4WD Push Button

Searched the forum and been unable to locate this exact problem. We have a 2001 Blazer with typical 4wd problems. It has a 4 button push system on the dash. The 2HI works with no problem, will engage in 4HI and 4LO however the lights still flash and will not remain solid, and it will not engage period when you hit the 4WD AUTO button. Vacuums and fuses have been checked.

Any other problems at all?
Detail anything else that's not quite right.

I know its an old post but I have been having a similar problem with the push button 4wd. It will go in and out of 4wd just fine so far, but I have to hold the button down instead of how I used to be able to just push it once and wait for it to engage. Also, the LED indicator lights aren't working except for a second. No longer do they flash or what not. Perhaps the switch is going bad, any ideas?

try pulling the tccm fuse for 30 minutes, and putting the fuse back in for the tccm relearn?

Been a little while since I've been on, mostly due to working long hrs. I've had some time to check / test fuses and all that good stuff. I can't seem to find anything wrong with it except the above changes I mentioned. I'll try to swap out the switch on the dash and if that's not it I'll just let it go for now. It's going in and out fine as I check it once a week. So until it really breaks there's no need to worry about it. Thanks!
