Don't use cheap aftermarket parts, use AC Delco or Delphi only. Let us know how it runs when you're done.

and the fuel pump is so damn loud is that a good thing or a bad thing..i mean ive done a fuel pump a two or three s10s and ive known it was that because of no sound but this one is like screaming loud

alrighty sloooow down my friend. Before dropping the tank go by autozone and rent a fuel pressure gauge. Its free, but you gotta leave a deposit in case you dont return it. Check the fuel pressure......Needs to be around a good 60 psi at key on and hold above 55ish for 10 minutes without dropping. test it at the engine,if it falls test it at the inlet of the fuel filter. if it still falls there its the pumps check it valve thats leaking. if it holds good at the filter and not the engine its the regulator

.these vehicles have bad tempers with pumps, and fuel regulators.

If it is the pump, ONLY ONLYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY buy ac delco or delphi pumps. Yea they are twice the price BUT they rarely have issues unlike the cheap aftermarket.

Don't use any other plugs but AC Delco Platumin plugs. Its funny some engines run better with functional spark plugs, so you may of found your issue.
When you buy a used vehicle you have to expect to do repairs. Sometimes more than you hope for as in the 98 Blazer 4x4 I just bought. But it is still way cheaper than making payments on a new one. Not to mention the insurance & registration.
