Stalls when Cold

Runs great unless cold - Upon first startup feather the gas to get running and hold gas or it'll die - in about 20 seconds you can SLOWLY let off the gas and step out of the truck and it will idle. If you try to put it in gear and drive off however it will die. If you give a little gas and get to the stop sign at the end of the street it will die. After that it runs fine. Doesn't smoke etc...
